Sunday, April 3, 2011, Warlock received Winners Dog and Best of Winners, VooDoo received Winners Bitch and Hocus-Pocus received Best of Breed.

Saturday, April 2, 2011, in Las Vegas, Warlock [our six month old boy] received Winners Dog, Best of Winners and Best of Breed (over three specials). At the Saturday show, there was a Best Puppy in show competition and Warlock took a group 2 in the Working Dog Puppy class.

With the beginning of 2011, we looked over the progress we have made in the 5 1/2 years since Magic Berners started. We are very blessed to have had 16 champions to date, two grand champions, three top producers, two specialty winners, multiple best of opposites at various specialties and Eukanuba, numerous sweepstakes winners, several group placements and an award of merit from the Bernese Mountain Dog National Specialty in 2009. Long Beach Dog Show December 2010
The best of the best Bernese Mountain Dogs were at the Eukanuba Dog Show on December 5, 2010. The dogs were an impressive sight to see. At the show, Sorceress was awarded Best of Opposites! Sorceress has realized her biological clock is ticking, so she has given up her show career to hopefully have babies. Wizard received his US Championship at the Long Beach Dog Show on December 2, 2010. Wizard has had two litters. His last litter with Charm produced three show girls and one show boy out of eight puppies!

Pleasanton, California held a five-day show in October 2010. Abracadabra took Best of Opposites three days in a row and Sorceress obtained a Best of Opposite at the Del Val specialty. Hocus-Pocus received Winners Dog and Best of Winners for a four-point major, completing his American championship. Congratulations Hocus-Pocus!

Magic Berners Recent Adventures
At the Colorado Specialty, BEST OF OPPOSITE was awarded to Abracadabra. The competition was tough, but Abracadabra said the magic words and pulled it off. At the Santa Ana Valley Kennel Club show on September 26, 2010, Abracadabra received a Best in Breed on Saturday and Sunday and a GROUP 3 PLACEMENT. Both Abracadabra and Sorceress are GRAND CHAMPIONS. At the Santa Barabra Kennel Club show on August 28, 2010, Abracadabra received a Best in Breed, followed by a GROUP 4 PLACEMENT. French Girl Closes on Her American Championship – Crystal
Farmington Utah - Bonneville Basin Kennel Association – 9/18/2010 Magic Berner’s, Crystal Balle Du Haras De La Vergne [Crystal ] , collected her second major today at the - Bonneville Basin Kennel Association’s AKC sanctioned exhibition. Her point count is now 14. Just one point short of her AKC Championship. Thank you Dr. Gerard C Penta for liking our girl. This trip represents her debut after her maternity leave in January when she whelped three gorgeous pups. Crystal has matured into a beautiful bitch. BOB / G3 – Thank you GLendale AZ
Glendale Arizona, April 9-12. After giving up the points to a nice dog on Friday, Hocus Pocus earned winners dog the next 3 days in a row. On Monday the cream rose all the way to the top. In the Breed ring he created his own 3-point major by leaving all the Champions (including the winner of the Canadian National Specialty) behind. And… if that wasn't enough, he went on to a Working Group Placement under a different Judge!
