Magic Berners Talisman (Amulet) has now been in the show ring for two weekends.  On July 6, 2012, she received her 4th 3-point major.  She now has a total of 12 points toward her championship.  She is a champion in our eyes and will soon officially receive that title! Magic Berner's Magic Man, who lives with Francois and Frederico from Haras de la Vergne in France, is the proud father of 15 puppies! Way to go Magic Man!  

Copperfield has obtained his Grand Championship. Houdini won Best of Winners for a major at Pleasanton. Voodoo takes a reserve Winners Bitch in Pleasanton at 14 months of age. On October 22, 2011, Valerie Horney judged Sweepstakes in which Voodoo won 1st place winner and Warlock took Best Senior and Best in Sweepstakes. Sorceress took Best of Breed on October 21, 2011, in Pleasanton. Warlock took Winner’s Dog and Best of Winners on July 8, 2011.  On July 9, 2011, Warlock took Best of Breed over four Specials at 14 months. Sunday, April 3, 2011, Warlock received Winners Dog and Best of Winners, VooDoo received Winners Bitch and Hocus-Pocus received Best of Breed.

Saturday, April 2, 2011, in Las Vegas, Warlock [our six month old boy] received Winners Dog, Best of Winners and Best of Breed (over three specials).  At the Saturday show, there was a Best Puppy in show competition and Warlock took a group 2 in the Working Dog Puppy class.

With the beginning of 2011, we looked over the progress we have made in the 5 1/2 years since Magic Berners started. We are very blessed to have had 16 champions to date, two grand champions, three top producers, two specialty winners, multiple best of opposites at various specialties and Eukanuba, numerous sweepstakes winners, several group placements and an award of merit from the Bernese Mountain Dog National Specialty in 2009. Pleasanton, California held a five-day show in October 2010. Abracadabra took Best of Opposites three days in a row and Sorceress obtained a Best of Opposite at the Del Val specialty. Hocus-Pocus received Winners Dog and Best of Winners for a four-point major, completing his American championship. Congratulations Hocus-Pocus!

ESP makes Magic Berner history by giving Bruce & Diane their largest litter ever.  After 63 long days it was ESP's time. The evening overflowed into the early morning hours as Dr. B.and his trusted midnight surgical teem delivered 10 vibrant pups.  Now 8 weeks and 15 pounds later, the proud parents Magic Berners I Can Read Your Mind and Magic Berners Hocus Pocus long to stay in touch with their kids.
